Seth Carr is a vetran bad ass and long time friend of the Border Town crew whose talents have been documented in the You's All Gonna Die series, where he usually played a character named after himself. Seth has a certain style of comedy and whit that can't be denied. He's also a talented writer, though most of his works unfortunetly have never experienced public consumption. I personally believe the main character in Spin 6 was named after him as well, though that's just a hunch.
